Ocean Ecology takes another step forwards this week as we take a stand at the Aquaculture UK show in Aviemore.

We’re presenting ourselves at the event with Tritonia Scientific, who we acquired last autumn. The two companies had a very similar ethos and it was clear to both, that the way forwards was to join forces, with the aim of advancing the precision, efficiency and scope of our work.

The event will be the first opportunity we’ve had to present ourselves together in public but it’s a great chance to show everyone the full spectrum of our services.

We’ll be highlighting the comprehensive range of traditional environmental and ecological solutions we offer.

Our services cover the full life-cycle of an aquaculture operation, including site characterisation, underwater surveys and inspections, planning and licensing, compliance, lab analysis, bespoke data solutions and fish health and welfare.

But in line with our commitment to innovation and providing the best solutions for clients, we also offer cutting-edge techniques including 3D photogrammetry and eDNA analysis at our Oban laboratories.

It promises to be a great show – the most important in the UK aquaculture sector – and hopefully a landmark event for us.
