Essential business accreditations
In 2023, we achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications as testament to our commitment to quality, environmental management and health and safety at work respectively.
In 2019, we achieved ‘Green Flag Status’ from Avetta, a leader in supply chain risk management with regards to Health and Safety, Quality Control and Employee Qualification and Management.
You can read our full Quality Management Policy Statement here.

Health and safety
We endeavour to maintain a culture where health and safety is seen as an equal to all other operational objectives. You can see our Health and Safety Policy here.
Our QHSE team is headed by our Managing Director who holds a NEBOSH National General Certificate awarded in 2020. He is supported by our Compliance & Audit Manager, who holds Lead Auditor qualifications for all three standards held by us, and our Projects QHSE Lead who has years of experience in the field.
The QHSE team oversees all operations to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and that we surpass the minimum QHSE expectations of our clients.

Environmental protection
The nature of our marine work makes it incumbent on us to set the highest standards for protecting the environment in all aspects of our business.
Beyond the core environmental standards we have achieved, such as ISO 14001, our culture of continual improvement helps us reduce our impact on the environment. Our full Environmental Policy is published here.

Wellbeing
We take a proactive approach to the wellbeing of all our staff and follow professional guidelines for managing psychosocial risks, treating them as equal to a physical health or safety risk.
In line with this, we run mental health awareness workshops and have set up a Wellness Hub which is available to all staff. It contains resources relating to mental wellbeing, signposting to support and a platform for sharing wellbeing ideas.
