We provide high-volume sample processing, multi-technique testing and fast turnaround times, with all backed by a proven quality assurance track record.
Our in-house analyses include:
- Particle Size Distribution (PSD): Analysis by wet and dry sieving.
- PSD by Laser Diffraction: Advanced particle size characterisation.
- Total Organic Carbon (TOC): Measured by Loss on Ignition (LOI).
- Sediment Chemistry: Analysis of heavy and trace metals, hydrocarbons and organotins through our trusted, UKAS accredited partner laboratory.
Compliant with standards
All analyses are supported by our quality assurance protocols and those of the NE Atlantic Marine Biological Analytical Quality Control (NMBAQC) scheme to ensure the efficient delivery of data to meet or exceed industry standards.
Our laboratory has also been validated by the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) for conducting PSA for marine licence applications, a testament to our leading role in the sector.
