Nuclear

We work extensively with the nuclear power industry, to assess the potential impact on the marine environment of thermal plumes, infrastructure construction and decommissioning activities

From pre-construction surveys to operational assessment

We work extensively with nuclear power plants to address the challenges of assessing thermal loads from cooling water discharges into local water bodies. Our expertise also includes sampling and analysis near water intakes, providing casework advice to regulatory bodies, and evaluating the impacts of construction in intertidal and subtidal zones.

Additionally, we conduct bathymetric and geophysical surveys, collecting high-resolution data from shoaling corridors around nuclear facilities.
